Asking for a refund
Microsoft decides refunds for apps bought in the Microsoft Store, under its own refund policy. To ask for one, follow Microsoft’s steps: Get a refund for apps and games purchased from Microsoft Store. PHIZIE can’t issue refunds for Microsoft Store purchases directly.
If something isn’t working
Email us first at [email protected]. Most problems, such as an AI not signing in or a setting that’s hard to find, can be fixed quickly, and we’d rather help you get it working.
After a refund
A refunded purchase ends your license to use PHIZIE Huddle. Your conversations, rooms and files stay on your computer; PHIZIE never deletes them.
