PHIZIE Huddle Terms

These terms are between you and Phizie Inc. (“PHIZIE”, “we”), PO Box 878, Youngsville, NC 27596, United States. They cover PHIZIE Huddle for Windows, which you get from the Microsoft Store. By installing or using PHIZIE Huddle you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t install or use it.

The short version: you buy PHIZIE Huddle once through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft handles the purchase, the free trial and refunds. Your work stays on your computer and stays yours. The AI services you connect are separate companies, under their own terms, and you pay them directly.

1. Buying through the Microsoft Store

  • PHIZIE Huddle is sold only through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft takes the payment, collects any taxes, runs the free trial and handles refunds, under the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and Microsoft’s refund policy. See our Refunds page.
  • The price is shown in the Microsoft Store at the time you buy. It’s a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

2. Your license

  • PHIZIE Huddle is licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own personal use or for your own work.
  • You can install it on the Windows devices signed in to your Microsoft account, as the Microsoft Store’s usage rules allow.
  • Updates to the version you bought are delivered free through the Microsoft Store. A future major new version may be sold separately. Not buying it never switches off the version you have.
  • PHIZIE and its licensors own PHIZIE Huddle, its name and logo. These terms don’t give you any of that, only the right to use the app.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, resell, rent, share or redistribute PHIZIE Huddle, or get around its Microsoft Store licensing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this despite this limit.
  • Use it to break the law, to harm others, or to break the terms of an AI service or website you use with it.

4. AI services and other services you connect

  • PHIZIE Huddle doesn’t provide AI models. It works with AI services you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or AIs running on your own computer. PHIZIE isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
  • You use those services under their own terms and privacy policies, with your own accounts and your own API keys, and you pay them directly. You’re responsible for following their rules and for what you send them.
  • AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. PHIZIE isn’t responsible for what an AI service says or does, or whether it’s available.
  • Agents and the built-in terminal run with your Windows permissions and can change files on your computer when you allow them to. Use them with care.

5. Your work and your privacy

  • Your conversations, rooms, prompts and files are yours. They’re kept on your computer, and PHIZIE doesn’t receive a copy.
  • Keep your own backups. If your computer fails or you uninstall the app, your data may be lost.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what stays on your computer and what leaves it.

6. Support

Email [email protected]. Support is provided by PHIZIE, not by Microsoft, your device maker or your internet provider.

7. No warranty

PHIZIE Huddle is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond these terms, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or right for your particular purpose. You may have rights under your local consumer law that these terms can’t change.

8. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, PHIZIE isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim about PHIZIE Huddle is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending the license

You can stop using PHIZIE Huddle and uninstall it at any time. If you seriously break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using it. Ending the license never deletes your own work from your computer.

10. Which law applies

If you got PHIZIE Huddle in the United States or Canada, the laws of the state or province where you live govern these terms. Anywhere else, the laws of the country where you got it apply.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date, and PHIZIE Huddle will ask you to agree to it after an update. The terms you agreed to keep applying to the version you were using until then.
